When using a local Model Manager database, it needs to be located on your computer and cannot be placed on a network or cloud drive. The capability to use a local Model Manager database is included with all licenses except the class kit license. The Application Builder is supported in the Windows ® operating system. If the LSB™ core package is missing from the distribution repository, manually create a symbolic link as root: Linux Standard Base (LSB™) is required for Linux ® on the license server computer. This means that you do not need to update the license manager when upgrading from COMSOL ® version 6.1 to COMSOL ® version 6.2. Please note that version 11.18.3 is the same version as in COMSOL ® version 6.1. The version of lmgrd must be the same or higher than the FlexNet ® version used by the COMSOL ® software.
